Is the report really free?
Yes. It costs us an hour of an agent's time, and it is how many of our listing clients first met us. There is no invoice and no listing agreement attached to it.
Do I have to list my home with you?
No. Most people who ask are not selling this year. Use the report to plan, to refinance, or to settle an argument. If you do sell, we would like the chance.
How accurate is it?
It is a licensed agent's opinion of value from the sales around you, the same analysis we use to price a listing. It is not an appraisal, and a house is finally worth what a buyer pays for it.

Once, if we have a question about the house. Otherwise the report comes by email, and the monthly note only if you ticked the box. Reply STOP to any text and it stops.
